RowTether documentation
Find broken DataTable references and check who would be affected before importing a CSV.
Start here
How it works
A row in one table can refer to a row in another. RowTether checks those declared relationships and reports the source table, row and property when a destination is missing.
Choose the consumer tables you want to inspect, run a review, then follow each finding back to its source. You can also preview which consumers would be affected if a candidate CSV removed a destination row.
Your tables remain unchanged. RowTether reports the relationships it can inspect within your selection; it does not infer every relationship in the project.
Automation and AI
The core panel works without an AI connection. For an AI-assisted workflow, start with Connect RowTether to AI, then use AI workflows and the Automation and AI reference. It exposes typed, read-only tools through Unreal MCP; it does not start its own MCP server or silently change project assets.
Find the right guide
- Review your own tables — Select consumers and inspect findings.
- Resolve a finding — Decide what to change and prove the result with a fresh review.
- Preview a CSV change — Identify consumers of rows that would be removed.
- Map Name and String columns — Declare foreign keys and optional references.
- Add game rules — Check domain requirements with visible evidence.
- Export and share a report — Save the results and review them before sharing.
